1.2 Veeralda offers women’s clothing and accessories (collectively, “Products”) to users (“you” or “customer”) residing in India.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Veeralda website (the “Site”) and your purchase of Products. By using the Site or purchasing Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1.4 If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Site or purchase Products.
2. USE OF THE SITE
2.1 To register as a customer, you will be required to provide complete and accurate personal data. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
2.2 You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts or manipulates the Site’s technical processes.
2.3 You are only permitted to register one account. Multiple accounts by a single user may be deleted by Veeralda.
2.4 You can access your order history and account information in the password-protected area of the Site. You can also update your information there.
2.5 Veeralda reserves the right to take action against you, including account termination, if you violate these Terms.
3. CONTRACTUAL PARTNER, LANGUAGE, AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
3.1 Your contract for the purchase of Products is solely with Veeralda.
3.2 The Site operates in English, and all contracts are concluded in English.
3.3 By clicking “order” or “buy now,” you make a binding offer to purchase the Products in your cart. We will send you a confirmation email after receiving your order. This email does not confirm the contract; the contract is concluded only upon shipment of the Products.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel contracts in case of pricing or description errors due to technical issues.
4. PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
4.1 The prices listed on the product pages at the time you place your order apply. These prices are exclusive of taxes, and the final price (inclusive of taxes) will be shown in the shopping cart.

5. PAYMENTS

6.3 We are not liable for sourcing risks or delays due to supplier availability.
6.4 We reserve the right to cancel the contract if delivery fails three times due to the customer’s fault.
6.5 You are obligated to inform us immediately of any visible shipping damage.
6.6 All delivery times are after order confirmation. For COD orders, confirmation happens after we call you. You have 72 hours to confirm the order; after that, we may cancel it.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE
7.1 Ownership of the Products transfers to you upon full payment.
8. LIABILITIES
8.1 We are only liable for intentional or grossly negligent acts, except for fraudulently concealed damages, personal injury, or essential contractual obligations.
