Q: What happens if my order is incomplete?

In the rare case of an incomplete order, we'll issue a credit note valid for 1 year.

We offer returns for credit note within 1 year if your item is not completely satisfactory.

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

Please email us at customercare@veeralda.com with your concerns and photos of the item. Attach a picture of the front and back of the package you received.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for courier charges on exchanges and returns.

Q: Can I return a COD order?

Yes, but there will be a ₹149 fee will be deducted from the initial COD charge.

While we don't offer fully custom clothing, we encourage you to browse our selection. Customisation includes changes in the neckline, sleeve length, and size as per your fitting.
